Chromium is still blocked from migrating by libxml2, and trixie's version has racked up 37 CVEs. Now that the sid version builds for all 5 architectures, it's time for another tpu.

The packaging changes between 127.0.6533.119-1 in sid and 127.0.6533.119-1~deb13u1 are attached. Same changes as in #1076396.

Thanks,
Andres
