Chromium has been blocked from migrating to testing by libxml2 for roughly two months now. There are 38 CVEs that have been fixed between the version currently in trixie (125.0.6422.60-1) and the version in sid (126.0.6478.126-1). Several folks have asked for an updated version via tpu, so here we go again.

The packaging changes between 126.0.6478.126-1 in sid and 126.0.6478.126-1~deb13u1 are attached.

Thanks,
Andres
