allowed to migrate to testing.
At the time of migration, the following packages (along with their bug
numbers) still had autopkgtest regressions when tested with Python
3.12:

changeme 1074517
jupyter-notebook 1058403
onionshare 1074522
pompem 1074500
pymatgen 1069219
pymol 1073410
python-pydub 1074499
rstcheck 1061841
sdkmanager 1061842
sosreport 1074339
twython 1074490
wannier90 1074524
All except jupyter-notebook (being a "key" package) are scheduled for
auto-removal in the coming weeks.
