I have prepared an update for bullseye incorporating upstream's fix for
the memory leak.
I would be grateful if you could test whether the mips64el installation
is still reproducible.
As deb11u3 is already in p-u and tagged, I've versioned this deb11u4.
I've pushed it to the fix-1031888 branch of salsa:rlb/deb-emacs.git.
