nmu apt-move_4.2.27-6 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild for 64-bit time_t."

According to https://bugs.debian.org/1065069 the previous nmu may have
picked up too old build dependencies and built with the wrong ABI on
32-bit t64 architectures.
