Since the Y2038 problem, 2G user space memory limit,
and some lack of manpower,  It's time for us to drop mipsel support
from the list of official release architectures.

Note: please keep mips64el for now.

Implemented in
https://salsa.debian.org/release-team/britney2/-/commit/0747486ec3a31f981e97bdb0e9ee36c404a488d0
and the first britney run without mipsel happened today at 16 UTC.

Step 2 is for the ftp-team.
