I took well into Monday afternoon for all builds and autopkgtests to finally complete. It is now Tuesday evening and all CI/autopkgtests I can check show green and to my knowledge this would be the best version for Bookworm. I am requesting to unblock this being very aware that this is very late. Next best option is to read the attached annotated debdiff and diff stat for overview of where the changes are. Reading raw debdiff is not a good option as a reviewer would miss the connections of how various changes done in Feb-March 2023 prevent issues that Bookworm users would have been affected by. For the record, it is perfectly in the powers of the release team to decide to not unblock this, and then we would continue to champion this into Bookworm in a later stable update.
