I am not as I haven't looked at it.
mmdebstrap's autopkgtest seem to depend quite extensively on the state
of other packages in the archive. Maybe it would be better to make them
as flaky.
In any case, if you want to have this change in bookworm, be aware that
the window is closing quickly.
