Please override age days for package postfix

[ Reason ]
Since postfix has an autopkgtest and is not a key package, it does not
technically need an unblock, but cyrus-sasl2, which is a key package
does and has been causing the postfix autopkgtest in testing to fail.
Today's postfix upload corrects that. Please reduce to days required so
that cyrus-sasl2 is eligible to migrate if unblocked.

[ Impact ]
If age days isn't adjusted, then the change will happen closer to
release with less time to react if there's a surprise.

[ Tests ]
Postfix has an extensive autopkgtest which exercises sasl2-bin.

[ Risks ]
Barring some unexpected regression, the package will get into Bookworm.
I think risk is not getting it in sooner as it leaves less time to
discover issues in cyrus-sasl2.

[ Checklist ]
[X] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[X] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[X] attach debdiff against the package in testing

[ Other info ]
The upstream changes relative to Bookworm are a stable update that would
qualify for a post-release update. There's nothing of note to worry
about. I did, however, do the more detailed d/changelog entry I usually
do for stable postfix updates in order to be verbose about it.

The postfix autopkgtest is now passing in Unstable with the new
sasl2-bin when 3.7.4-2 and 3.7.3-1 failed, so it's clear this is better.
