has been merged and is ready to proceed to upload.

## Changelog

mariadb-10.5 (1:10.5.23-0+deb11u1) bullseye; urgency=medium

  * New upstream version 10.5.23. Includes fixes for several issues,
    see details at https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb-10-5-22-release-notes/
    and https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb-10-5-23-release-notes/ as well
    as security issues:
    - CVE-2023-22084

## Debdiff

A source debdiff is attached, which was created with commands:
git diff --stat debian/1%10.5.21-0+deb11u1..bullseye | xz > mariadb-10.5_1%10.5.23-0+deb11u1.debdiff.stat.xz
git diff debian/1%10.5.21-0+deb11u1..bullseye | xz > mariadb-10.5_1%10.5.23-0+deb11u1.debdiff.xz

## Quality control

- Bullseye specific CI (mostly) unable to pass at https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-server/-/pipelines due to Salsa-CI/pristine-tar/xdelta bug described at https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/-/issues/326.

- Builds and test suite passed on all archs available on Launchpad at https://launchpad.net/~mysql-ubuntu/+archive/ubuntu/mariadb-10.5/+builds?build_text=&build_state=all

## Upload done

Since it is very unlikely to get any further review comments or change requests, I went ahead with the upload but using `--delayed=7` so it can be stopped if somebody comes up with a sensible reason not to do this oldstable update.
