Please unblock package apt (well remove the sramacher block)

apt 2.7.5 was blocked last week by sramacher because there were
arguments it broke chroots. The concerns have been addressed 
promptly in 2.7.6 by downgrading the error to 2 warnings.

Sebastian has been ignoring me since raising the issue and
instituting the block.
