Bug#1050405: unblock: sbcl/2:2.3.7-2

Hi Sean,

Upstream do not seem interested in fixing it for the time being.

But why don't you disable the test on ppc64el than as maintainer? (Hint: the autopkgtest spec has an Architecture field that understands negated architectures).

Our RC policy says that we consider *regressed* autopkgtest RC on all release architectures (and ever failing autopkgtests on amd64 and arm64 too) [1].
