[ Impact ] Upgrades buster -> bullseye -> bookworm will be broken, if the user didn't manually uninstall the old python2 package. [ Tests ] It's just Breaks+Replaces. Manually verified that it works in a manual scenario where buster's python2 package was still installed. [ Risks ] Trivial change. Present in bullseye, but reverted after it. This re-introduces the change.
