Package: release.debian.org Severity: normal User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org Usertags: unblock X-Debbugs-Cc: apo@debian.org Please unblock package closure-compiler [ Reason ] It turned out that closure-compiler would not function correctly with the latest version of librhino-java in Debian. I had to revert the previous patch to fix the FTBFS. I bundled the source package of rhino 1.7.7.2 with src:closure-compiler instead. This was the last one that worked correctly. Please see #1036249 for the full discussion. The debdiff is huge because of the new rhino sources hence why it is not attached to this bug report but I made only minimal changes to debian/rules and the build_xml.patch. [ Impact ] Half of closure-compiler's r-deps would FTBFS with a parsing error. [ Tests ] I have sucessfully rebuilt all reverse-dependencies twice. [ Risks ] Since rhino is now embedded, rebuilds are no longer required. The tool appears to work again as in February before I had to upgrade the system library of rhino. [ Checklist ] [x] all changes are documented in the d/changelog [x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them [ ] attach debdiff against the package in testing unblock closure-compiler/20130227+rhino-1
