Version 4.3.0.0+ds1-5 fixes the RC bug #1036072
libuhd4.3.0: please add Breaks against libuhd3.15.0 for smoother
upgrades from bullseye

[ Impact ] 
Allows smooth upgrade from bullseye to bookworm.

[ Tests ]
Not quite reproducing the conditions of bug #1036072,
but installed on my own testing system.

[ Risks ]
very low: only control files change with the targeted fix.
