Control: affects -1 + src:logol

The logol package should be rebuilt so that logol-bin picks up a
dependency on the virtual libswipl9 package.  Otherwise it might break
during the trixie release cycle if libswipl9 is split off from
swi-prolog-core into its own package, or if the libswipl SONAME changes
again.

See #1033636 for the reasons why swi-prolog-core provides the libswipl9
package.
