Please unblock package node-core-js

[ Reason ]
"Breaks" field isn't enough for apt, it needs a "Replaces" to manage
file conflicts. This update just adds this.

[ Risks ]
No risk here

[ Checklist ]
[X] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[X] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[X] attach debdiff against the package in testing

Cheers,
Yadd
