node-terser has several bugs in its version 5.16.4:
 * #1034969: missing "Replaces" fields
 * Mutating options.format is unsafe when config is re-used
    (https://github.com/terser/terser/issues/1341)
 * Transform functions shouldn't mutate AST arrays

[ Impact ]
 * RC bug: upgrade is broken
 * Transformation issues

[ Tests ]
New tests added, passed.

[ Risks ]
Low risk, the main changes Have been in unstable for 2 months and didn't
generate any regressions.

  [X] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
  [X] attach debdiff against the package in testing
