Please unblock package distro-info-data

Apologies for the massive debdiff, 0.57 had some junk in its tarball, it
wasn't a clean gbp export :(

I included a git diff that's only got the things that matter in it.

[ Reason ]
Now that we've got an expected release date for bookworm, let's set it
in distro-info-data.

Additionally, we now have a new Ubuntu development release to include.

[ Impact ]
Tools that depend on distro-info-data will not know the correct
stable/testing Debian releases.

[ Tests ]
We have automated tests that include basic sanity checks.

I've manually tested the data around the relevant dates, and they seem
sane.

[ Risks ]
This is just a data package.
