They do, although public the page have little details about point releases: https://www.zabbix.com/life_cycle_and_release_policy We ship LTS release which is the most conservative when it comes to updates. I've been maintaining Zabbix for a decade and I don't recall any minor releases introducing breaking or disruptive changes. Amount of changes in 14th minor release (comparing to previous 13th release) is no greater than usual. I've uploaded 14th release as soon as upstream addressed issues with PHP-8.2 but upstream release cycle is slightly misaligned with our freeze policy hence this unblock request.
