Please unblock package znuny

The package is part of non-free, which was in the past no problem for new
releases in the freeze time. However except of a few new features (I will
mark them) this is a bugfix release which is from my view important for
bookworm.

[ Reason ]
Fixing known bugs.

[ Impact ]
Buggy software

[ Tests ]
I have tested the upgrade paths from bullseye stable znuny to 6.5.1, from the
backports version to 6.5.1 and also fresh installs. I also migrated our own
productions znuny system to this package, which runs fine since two weeks.

[ Risks ]
debdiff is huge, also because of copyright, translation and comment updates..
Could you provide us a debdiff focusing on the interesting changes and
translation updates filtered out? Thanks

Yes sure, I have attached it :)

What I also removed from this diff:

* The copy of debian/schemas/Migration64/: This is the migration script base taken from the last 6.4.x release. Except of a FindBin / require path adjustment, it is the same as in testing. I have to adopt them from every release, so that migrations between Debian releases are working. This is also a reason why I want this new version => less migration scripts for bookworm + 1 :)

* 6.5.1 does not require (and does not ship the embedded version) CPAN::Audit anymore, I filted the removal of Kernel/cpan-lib/CPAN/Audit/ and Kernel/cpan-lib/CPAN/DistnameInfo.pm out

* I filtered out changes to embedded modules in cpan-lib/, which I do not use (Debian version is used)

* I also filtered out /scripts/test/
