Which are stripped by dpkg when put in the Testsuite-Trigger field because they come from the source.
dexdump and dexlist are part of src:android-platform-art but are not built for ppc64el.

britney should automatically know that Depends: dexdump, dexlist cannot be fulfilled on ppc64el and skip the test.
But britney doesn't (in the current infrastructure) have that information, so it currently can't do that.
