In that log you can see that the debian-debug/testing-debug
archive/suite is available.

The problem is that britney doesn't request the dbgsym package from the
debian-debug/unstable-testing archive/suite. Neither can it because the
unstable-debug suite is not in the same archive as unstable, and debci
doesn't support adding multiple archives yet.

We still need to add the archive to the ci.debian.net list, but the problem described in this bug is now mostly a britney problem. Reassigning.
