it looks like libqcustomplot-dev is missing a dependency on qtbase5-dev.
I am handling this, which is related to the transition somehow. I'm preparing a
new package that will leverage the new QCustomPlot library package and fix this.
It will enter queue NEW however, but that should be quick since it is only a
binary package name with no other significant modifs.
