Dear Release Team,

Please grant a transition slot for the openscap transition.
Change in SONAME from 8 -> 25

In testing and unstable there is currently no packages
that build depends on openscap.

openscap-daemon:
	The package has a runtime dependency in libopenscap8.

	Currently not in testing, and it can't be reintroduced
	because of unsatisfied dependency (ssg-base).

scap-workbench (not found by ben):
	Removed from testing and unstable #952995, this is
	fixed in experimental but currently ftbfs because of #1001628.

scap-security-guide (not found by ben):
	Removed from testing and unstable #993368, has
	build-dependency and recommends on libopenscap8

ahh, ok, thanks.

For the record, this has been uploaded to unstable and has been built on
all release architectures.
