chatty directly links against an internal library (libjabber.so.0) in
libpurple0. This is technically wrong, but at the moment, it is what it is.

I converted libpurple0 to multiarch, which caused libjabber.so.0 to move from
/usr/lib/purple-2/ to /usr/lib/<triplet>/purple-2.

As a result, chatty will not run; see bug #1011166.

A no-change rebuild of chatty fixes this. I think a binNMU is thus the
appropriate action, but this is my first time with one.

Please rebuild chatty against libpurple0 2.14.9-2 so chatty gains an
appropriate runpath.

nmu chatty_0.6.3-1 . ANY -m 'Rebuild against libpurple0 2.14.9-2 to correct runpath'
