Dear release team,

I would like to request a transition slot for libpdb-redo
(experimental -> unstable) due to soname bump. Current ben tracker [1]
is OK, all reverse dependencies build fine.

BTW, this will also fix bug #1004798. I should have requested for a transition of both libcifpp and libpdb-redo since they are interdependent.
