Dear release team,

I would like to request a transition slot for cfitsio, changing the
library name from libcfitsio9 to libcfitsio10. The change has been
introduced in version 4.2.0-1 which in experimental for 2 weeks and has
been built on all release architectures and most debian-ports
architectures.

I have locally rebuilt all the reversed dependencies on amd64, and found
only 2 FTBFS:

- tcl-fitstcl (#1026237)
=> this is fixed in experimental, it just need to be uploaded to sid
     in sync with cfitsio

- purify (#1001528)
=> this package is in sid only

There is already a tracker available here:

https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-cfitsio.html

Thanks for considering.

Regards
Aurelien
