Now that pmix has been reverted, deal.ii can be rebuilt against opencascade 7.6.3, to
make it installable again.

Please add an additional
  Dep-Wait on pmix > 4.2.0+really.4.1.2-1~

as pmix for mips64el is not yet built (it seems to run out of memory on this arch)

nmu deal.ii_9.4.0-1+b1 . ANY . unstable . -m "rebuild against opencascade 7.6.3"

Actually, not needd. deal.ii is FTBFS currently due to other reasons and needs likely an sourceful upload anyway.
