Removal from unstable is done by the FTP team:

Once the package is removed from unstable, it will be removed from 
testing automatically.

`dak rm -Rn -a mipsel -a mips64el calibre` on 
mirror.ftp-master.debian.org shows an issue:

 # Broken Build-Depends:
 dpmb: calibre

It's an arch:all package, so not a blocker.
