freecad is not in testing, and requires a source-only upload because

deal.ii was removed from testing due to a collision with glibc 2.34.
There are some reverse dependencies of netgen and gmsh, so I'd prefer
to wait for auto-removal, and hopefully one of those maintainers steps
up with a fix for netgen in the meantime.
