In that case, it would be slightly more conventional to use "4.6.0+p1-
0+deb11u1", but I guess your suggestion is OK too, on the assumption
that there will never be an upload of 4.6.0+p1 to any other suite.

Well, you control the naming of the orig tarball, so you'd just make it
match the package.
