These transitions are self-contained and gazebo is not in testing. I
think you can just go ahead with the uploads.
Thanks Sebastian for double checking. I proceeded yesterday with the upload
of the whole set of 10 packages to unstable. As far as I can tell nothing is
broken as of now.
I'll close the bug in a few days if no problems appear.
