Please can we go ahead with the auto-libqalculate transition now? The
new version is in experimental and has built on all release arches,
including ports that gnuplot-nox is available for.

It has 4 reverse dependencies which have all been test built with the
new version and we have significant team overlap with them for future
uploads.
