I just tried without patched insighttoolkit and found e.g. gis-remotesensing, probably more to come as tests progress.
Currently libinsighttoolkit4.12 and libinsighttoolkit4.13 are not co-installable. Adding this Breaks would just make that explicit. (Unless we need to make them co-installable fro whatever reason.) And having the Breaks will make apt's job easier as it automatically solves the corner cases.
(Installing 4.12 on top of 4.13 in bullseye fails with libniftiio2 : Breaks: libnifti2 (<= 3.0) but 2.0.0-3 is to be installed ) Andreas
