lacking libffi6 breaks installation routines of other programs, which are
asking for it (e.g. ghcup - which could also be included in debian).

That's expected. See #949185 for the libffi6 -> libffi7 transition. If
you have software outside of the archive requiring libffi6, it needs to
be rebuilt for bullseye.
