Please unblock package ifetch-tools
The package uploaded to unstable closes RC bug:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=985051
Due to hard freeze, migration requires an explicit unblock.
Hence this unblock request.
If unblock granted the upload will put package in good order for users
and release.
