Hi Release Team,
Upstream incremented libotf's SONAME from 0 to 1. The latest upstream version is packaged and available in experimental. I want to upload it to unstable.

The following source packages need binNMUs:
m17n-lib
emacs

Ben file:

libotf0 got removed from testing.
