Hi myself,

I believe that since the patch to remember results for a particular
trigger from older versions of the reverse dependency britney2 doesn't
properly refreshes migration-reference/0 runs anymore. This can most
clearly be seen in stable, where my reference creation script doesn't
run, e.g. https://ci.debian.net/packages/a/apache2/stable/amd64/ which
clearly shows failures (that pass after a couple of retries), but the
last migration-reference/0 run is old (from 2020-12-06).

The stable configuration [1] has:
ADT_REFERENCE_MAX_AGE  = 15

I'm pretty sure I fixed this already.
