Something I should have spotted before is that this gives us a similar
issue to that we had with 10.3 for buster last year - namely, that the
upload to p-u is newer than the version of 10.5 in unstable and
testing.

Is there a plan for either updating 10.5 in unstable, or removing it?
Alternatively, are the new bullseye packages likely to work "as-is" if
they were pushed into testing and unstable during the point release?
