Dear Release Team:

I'm the maintainer of fcle, upstream has released 0.7.0
version some weeks ago. We have 0.7.0-2 in experimental, it builds
in all arches that it did before (hppa builder segfaults on compilation
but I doubt it has to do with version bump).

ratt rebuilt the dependencies it found, including DART, just fine:
