The golang-1.16 package before 1.16.9-2, golang-1.17 package before 1.17.2-1
enables SSE2 on i386 accidentally. #995708
It has been fixed in golang-1.16/1.16.9-2 and golang-1.17/1.17.2-1.
Please rebuild all the Go packages on i386.
