theano 1.0.5+dfsg-3 is currently held in unstable for an autopkgtest "regression" on armhf.

The test in question (smoketestgpu) is currently skipped in plain testing because it depends on clblas (not in testing) and is marked skip-not-installable. When it is run with the testing version of theano, it fails with the same message. theano 1.0.5+dfsg-2 + clblas: https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/testing/armhf/t/theano/15627483/log.gz theano 1.0.5+dfsg-3 + clblast: https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/testing/armhf/t/theano/15629750/log.gz

theano 1.0.5+dfsg-3 removes the skip-not-installable (#993107) and replaces clblas by clblast.

(I suspect the underlying issue is actually a pocl bug triggered by gcc-11, but I can't prove that: this request is based on "not new", not "not mine".)

I'll grant you this one time, but as from the release process view this
is still an autopkgtest regression I'd like you to disable the test on
armhf (the new Architecture field in d/t/control) in your next upload if
you can't solve the underlying issue.
