Dear release team,

I'd like to transition foonathan-memory because of an SONAME bump after
some ABI breakage. It's a very simple transition with a single reverse
dependency, and I verified that fastdds rebuilds with the new
foonathan-memory version.

The auto-generated Ben file is fine:
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-foonathan-memory.html

Cheers
Timo
