Hi RMs,

Again a small transition of botan to 2.18.1 version. Reverse
dependencies are biboumi, rnp (sid only) and thunderbird. All build
fine with the new botan version in experimental. Actually there's a
new upstream version of Thunderbird in experimental, that's built fine
as well with the new Botan release.

Thanks in advance,
Laszlo/GCS

The old binaries got removed from testing. Closing.
