FTR, all builds are done now and as well the signing packages. So
should be fine for Saturday.

Small note: Found a bug in our packaging, and so the NEWS file will
actually not be installed in the wanted binary packages for the real
packages, cf. #991868 which I filled now. We can/should handle this
for the first point release for bullseye.

Filled as well #991869 for mentioning at well in the relase-notes if
you think it is appropriate. Otherwise we can just drop it.
