Please unblock package syncthing.

[ Reason ]

It contains a fix for #990330 which can lead to missing files on initial sync.

Upstreams considers this bug important, and it was upstream that
provided the patch in bug #990330.

[ Impact ]

Other than fixing the bug, none that I am aware of.
