Hi,

the libyang 1.0.184-2 in testing has a failure in the autopkgtest suite, but the
upstream version in unstable has already higher than the version in testing.
How do you want me to proceed?

The patch is very simple in this case (it just removes the python3-yang based
test) as the package is no longer available.
