I've uploaded a NMU to DELAYED/7 with the compat level bump reverted.
Please see osspd bug #990121 [1] for the diff and what needs to happen
next. Let's discuss on that bug rather than taking up the release
team's time with a discussion on the unblock bug.
Sergei: sorry, I forgot to Cc you on the osspd bug, but please could you
take a look at #990121 too? I'm not sure whether you ended up sponsoring
an upload, or whether Ralf used DM access to upload without a sponsor.
When we have a version in unstable that everyone is happy with, I'll
respond to this unblock bug with an updated debdiff.

Let's discuss that on the osspd bug, the release team don't need to be
involved in that.
