Yes, as it is, the debdiff is not reviewable.

I think unblocking is 1.26.5-1 feasible. However, python3-urllib3 has
a large number of reverse-dependencies.  Would you please upload to
experimental so we can see the results of the autopkgtests triggered
in reverse-dependencies, on pseudo excuses [1]?
